Todd Wehner&#8217;s\u00a0cucurbit breeding group spoke about cucumber germplasm with high resistance to Downy Mildew. Also at this meeting, Jonathan Schultheis&#8217; vegetable production team\u00a0presented talks on watermelon production management considerations,\u00a0Cucurbit cultivar considerations, specialty melon opportunities, melon cultivar\u00a0yield, and melon quality. Lina Quesada-Ocampo&#8217;s Vegetable disease Lab discussed Integrated management of Cucumber Downy Mildew, Host Tolerance and Chemical Control of Fusarium Wilt of Watermelon.
