The CucCAP Bioinformatics team is led by BTI plant genomics scientist Zhangjun Fei. Team members include <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Shan Wu who is working to integrate the watermelon pan genome<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Jingyin Yu who is redesigning the data base. The l<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ast database update took place in 2019.\u00a0 Since then, database technology has improved.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0In the past, the genome database took over a month to update.
