Insecticide application is not effective for disease control. The most effective and economic management strategy would be through the use of a disease-resistant cultivar. CucCAP&#8217;s watermelon breeding team has identified\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/132.236.156.160\/cuccap\/breeding\/watermelon\/#prsv\">germplasm with\u00a0resistance to PRSV<\/a>.
